Submission Guidelines

We invite three types of submissions:

The case studies should be 1-3 pages outlining the deployment of pervasive
computing technologies in a real world environment. In particular, we are
looking for reports on the experiences collecting while introducing
RFID-technologies or sensor networks into productive environments.

Submission Deadline Extended to Feb 10 2006!

The research contributions introducing novel concepts and presenting new insight may be between 4-6 pages. These submissions are supposed to discuss experiences and lessons learned from applying pervasive computing technologies.

Position statements may be up to 1 page. They should outline a person's interest and experience in the topic of the workshop. Position statements will not be included in the proceedings.

All submissions will be reviewed and participants will be selected based on their contribution. The texts will be edited for print and online publication in a proceedings document available for reference at the workshop day and online on this website.

Please submit your contribution as a PDF-file electronically to pta2006@hcilab.org Please use the LNCS guidelines at www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html for your camera ready version (the conference changed the format, sorry). The workshop proceedings will be published in a book - but not by Springer.

It is expected that the participants will be able to register for the workshop only if they cannot attend the Pervasive 2006 conference.
