There are lots of snack bars at Munich central station. Also, when walking from central station to Stachus (take exit Schützenstrasse at central station) there are several lunch locations. You can also walk Bayerstrasse to Stachus and then eat at Franziskanerkeller in the pedestrian precint between Stachus and Marienplatz (both have S-Train stations to Munich Central Station).
