The ASPIRE Workshop 2026 brings together the members of the JST ASPIRE project and invited guests in Rothenburg ob der Tauber. Over four days the group presents current work in internal sessions and opens the programme to a public symposium on Monday. LMU Munich organises the workshop together with the Institute of Science Tokyo. The event runs from Sunday, Dec 6 to Wednesday, Dec 9, 2026.

Registration and Travel
Participation in the internal workshop is by invitation. Participants arrive via Frankfurt (FRA) or Munich (MUC). From Frankfurt Airport, take a train to Würzburg and continue to Rothenburg ob der Tauber by train or taxi. We will add the accommodation details and a full travel description here. Registration for the public symposium opens closer to the event.
