Our Programm is structured along 3 Keynotes and 10 Sessions. During the sessions participants will present their work in the chosen medium (poster, presentation, workshop) and receive feedback afterwards. In between the session there will be coffee breaks to continue discussions and connect with others.

Your Participation

This year, the doctoral colloquium offers four different participation options for students: a) research talk, b) poster presentation, c) 90-min workshop facilitation, and d) demo presentation.

Research Talk: PhD researchers can choose to present their current work or future topics in a concise 10-minute presentation. This will be followed by a question and answer session, allowing for direct feedback from the audience.

Poster Presentation: PhD researchers have the opportunity to create an A1 poster and present it during a dedicated poster session. This session will provide a platform for students to engage in focused discussions with their peers and senior attendees, receiving valuable feedback on their work.

Demo Presentation: PhD researchers can showcase their research through a demo during a dedicated interactivity session. This session allows students to present a tangible representation from their research portfolio, providing a hands-on experience for the attendees.

Workshop Facilitation: PhD researchers can take the lead in running a 90-minute workshop on a topic of their choice. This workshop provides an opportunity for students to elevate their research and explore a topic they are passionate about, engaging participants in discussions and activities related to the chosen theme. Suggested themes are but not limited to can feature Mixed Reality, Digital well-being and Human – AI interaction.
